1. Order Modification Policy

1.1. Conditions of Modification

• If the order is already prepared, a handling fee of $250 will be applied for any modification (except if it is the delivery address).

1.2. Modification Process

• To modify your order, contact our customer service at 506-602-2474.

• Please provide your invoice number and details of the desired changes (quantity, product, delivery address, etc.).

• A confirmation of the change will be sent to you by email, including any applicable fees.

1. Return and Refund Policy

2.1. Return Conditions

• Only pallets of grids that still have their fasteners (green strap) installed will be refunded.

• Unmodified standard size Gabion Express grids and accessories will be refunded.

• Returned items must be in their original condition and unused.

• Grilles modified or cut on site will not be refunded.

• A $250 handling fee will be applied to all returns.

2.2. Return Process

• Contact our customer service at 506-602-2474 to initiate the return.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

2.3. Refunds

• Refund will be issued within 7 days after receipt and evaluation of returned items at our supplier's factory.

• The refund will be made to the original payment method, after deduction of the $250 handling fee.

3.1. Cancellation Conditions

• Once we have received 50% of the payment for the order, we can proceed with preparing it.

• If the order is prepared and you decide to cancel it, a handling fee of $250 will be applied.

3.2. Cancellation Process

• Contact our customer service at 506-252-8274 to cancel your order.

• Please provide your invoice number and cancellation confirmation will be sent to you by email.

• A $250 handling fee will be applied if the order has already been prepared. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, less the $250 handling fee.
